IFSC LLP is registered with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) as a Fund Management Entity (Non-Retail) under the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022, vide Registration No. IFSCA/FME/II/2023-24/093, dated January 25, 2024.
As a Fund Management Entity, IFSC LLP is responsible for the overall management, administration, and governance of Nisus High Yield Growth Fund -1 and investment schemes in compliance with applicable IFSCA regulations.

Our presence in GIFT City underscores our commitment to leveraging its progressive regulatory ecosystem, strategic location, and favorable tax and compliance framework to deliver enhanced value and cross-border investment opportunities in GCC nations such as UAE, Bahrain, Oman and the EMEA region. The Fund will make investments with the view to achieve superior, consistent, risk-adjusted returns by primarily making opportunistic debt investments in Portfolio Companies in accordance with Applicable Laws.
